We have been producing our Rosé of Cabernet Franc for over 15 years. This vintage has fresh strawberry, watermelon and nectarine on the nose that burst onto the palate. This wine is clean and dry with a lively crisp finish.

Our Grey Series of wines are limited production wines, often used to differentiate fermentation styles. They are wines of intellect and intrigue. The barrel fermentation of this Pinot Gris adds a toasty character which is a nice compliment to the fruit characters of the grape.

The fruit for this wine was hand picked and optically sorted for maturity and quality. Oak aged for 7 months prior to bottling. Aromas of light berry fruit and dried leaves with cherry, cranberry and spice on the palate.

Devonian is a chapter of geological history in the Finger Lakes. Sedimentary rock from this period is the foundation of the soils in which our grapes grow and contributes to the uniqueness of our wines. The Devonian Red is a a sine that is intriguing, fruit forward and approachable. Lighter bodied and food friendly, this red is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot.

As part of our, small production, Grey series label, this Rosé of Lemberger has become a favorite among our family and friends. Lovely red berry fruit and fresh herbal notes lend to this wines medium palate, gentle tannins and a dry finish.

Our Chardonnay is unoaked for elegance and true fruit expression.

This Dry Riesling boasts aromas and flavors of pineapple, nectarine, and tangerine. The palate is balanced with texture and minerality, delivered via a long and pristine finish

Produced from the oldest vines on our property this is a rich and vibrant dessert wine with a long, clean finish. Bursting with exotic fruit on the nose, pineapple, apricot, papaya and honey on the palate.

The blending of Cabernet Franc and Lemberger occurs, after fermentation and aging in neutral French and American Oak barrels, to capture the harvest's characteristics and highlights of each varietal. Complex aromas of cherry, currant, plum and baking spice on the nose and palate

The iconic label on our Art Series Wines is a painting done by winery owner Ann Martini for her senior portfolio while studying art at Nazareth college in the 1960's. The Riesling in the bottle is a work of art in and of itself, spontaneously fermented every harvest to lend to that seasons characteristics. This 2016 vintage is vibrant with a textural palate showcasing fresh herbs, white peaches and asian pears.

A ripe and juicy Pinot Gris with a wonderful balance of fruit, a fleshy medium body and bright acidity.

This wine was blended from many Riesling fermentations. Each fermentation reflected unique character of site, picking date and yeast selected and not selected. Aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, tangerine, lemon curd and sweet apple. A perfect balance of acidity keeps the palate and finish fresh.

Deep nose of red fruit, savory notes and dry earth. Gentle tannins and bright acidity.
