Made with Niagara Escarpment Pinot Noir grapes, fermented on skins with 50% whole clusters, then aged in a mix of french and Hungarian oak for 12 months.
The Traminette grape is an Estate grown Hybrid of the Joannes Seyve and Gewürztraminer grapes and is aged sur lies in stainless steel tanks to preserve its primary aromas. Light, crisp and best served chilled on a hot day.
