Harvested from our new Big Hollow Block vineyard, these grapes were hand picked, hand sorted, and whole cluster pressed in October 2020.
With its bright acidity, the semi-sweet finish is clean and refreshing, and pairs well with mild cheeses, fish, and chicken.
