Short for Pétillant Naturel, this delightful sparkling wine was handcrafted from Melody grapes harvested on our farm during the 2021 growing season.
The oldest known method of producing sparkling wine, the Méthode Ancestrale used to create our Pét-Nat dates back to at least the 1500s. Fermented in the bottle and unfiltered, the wine has a lower alcohol content (10%) and will contain sediment.
