Welcome to CJS Vineyards, LLC and the Aurelius Winery. A premier Finger Lakes family owned estate winery, located in the town of Aurelius, part of Cayuga County. We grow vinifera and interspecific (hybrid) grapes sustainably in small vineyards, specializing in Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin wines.

Our tasting room offers a cool and relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy our fine Finger Lakes wines. You’ll find personal and friendly hosts and you can meet the winemaker just about every weekend. Tours of the winery and vineyard are always available. We enjoy sharing wine stories and provide information for those interested in growing grapes or making wine. Stop in soon.
