Emily is very excited for the opportunity to work at Hosmer Winery with estate fruit from vine to bottle. She has been fascinated by wine – particularly aromatic wine – since blogging about it as a student who could only sniff, not taste. She loves the FLX region for the high acidity, the challenges of cool-climate winemaking, and the sense of community. Before 2020, she traveled extensively to dance the Argentine tango (and drink a lot of Malbec). Post-work, she can be found experimenting with photography, cooking and baking, writing and editing, or relaxing with a beverage in hand.
