A brief history
Peconic Bay Vineyards is owned and operated by the Soloviev family. At the helm of the operation is owner Stacey Soloviev, General Manager Ken Cereola and Winemaker Greg Gove. Our mission is to offer a complete experience to our guests with an educational approach being the driving force. From the farm to the cellar to the winery, attention to detail, quality and exceptional hospitality is our focus.
As it is said, “every great bottle of wine starts in the vineyard”. We practice sustainable farming techniques and strive to be good stewards of the land here on the North Fork. Our goal is to produce the highest quality fruit and make wine that is a true representation of this wonderful region.
