

A complex Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Decanting will open up hints of black currant and plum on the nose and earthy notes of dried cherries, and toasted vanilla.

Crafted in the classic méthode Champenoise, produced from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes and cellared on its own lees, our cuvée is just off dry with a magnificent cordon of bubbles and a hint of ripe apples and sourdough.

This is a big wine with solid black and red fruit notes. Oak aging lends it hints of vanilla and toast. Ready to enjoy now, but it will continue gaining complexity for many years. Superb with robust dishes, including duck, salmon, and beef.

A medium bodied red wine with rustic tannins from subtle oak aging. The nose shows violet floral notes with tart raspberry on the palate. Great with beef steaks and seared tuna. Limited production. 500ml bottles.

A red wine that is full-bodied but with a hint of sweetness, this off-dry wine is great chilled (we prefer it this way) or at room temperature. Serve it with barbecue foods, hamburgers, Italian foods (especially red sauces), and spicy cuisine (such as Indian). Add some to your red sauce for added flavor.

The nose shows roses, ginger and allspice, while the palate is tangerine, apricot and pineapple. Serve this off-dry wine chilled with spicy foods, sea foods, poultry and soft, mild cheeses.

This Riesling is bursting with peach, green apple and complex floral notes of jasmine on the nose. The taste is like a fruit cocktail, medium sweet with a pleasant finish. Balanced and zesty, it is a great picnic wine or paired with spicy Ethnic dishes.

The grapes for this wine came from a special vineyard site of only 3.9 acres. This limited special reserve is lightly oaked and has vanilla and caramel notes, with a back palate of apple and pear. Perfectly balanced with a bright splash of acidity, is it a magnificent pairing for lobster and tangy salads.

Pindar Vineyards produced Long Island's first Syrah and it continues to be one of our standouts. Soft, bright and juicy, it has a lightly peppery nose with leather, red berry and lavender notes. Full, earthy flavors of spice, bacon, vanilla, toast and oak.

This wine opens with aromas of white peach, lemon grass and a hint of straw. The palate has lemon and green apple up front , followed by a long finish due to its great acidity. Pair this with shellfish and other local seafood favorites, a pasta primavera or creamy, mild cheeses.

This special red was first crafted to celebrate our 15th anniversary of winemaking on Long Island. It has the round and full characteristics of Merlot with the slight herbal notes of Cabernets.
