Vibrant violet in color with a magnificent bouquet of black cherry, mountain herbs, raspberry compote and hints of cedar. The magnificent 2020 vintage in the Finger Lakes allowed for a ripe fruit set, moderately high acidity and integrated, fine tannins. The wine is long, juicy and seductive on the palate with a signature spice. Matured for 12 months in our 5-year-old 2000 liter Austrian casks to restrain the oak as a background, complimentary, component.

Bright flavors of lime, peach, flint, fennel and charred pineapple. A beautiful and succulent, dry riesling that shows terrific balance and tension from the integrated acidity.

Terrific energy and balance in the 2019 Chardonnay. Medium bodied with tangerine, lemon confit, almond and honeyed apples. Lively and juicy with a textural and savory fruited finish.

Luminous ruby in color and a nose that jumps out of the glass- strawberry, savory herbs, cinnamon, bell pepper and plum bring about a complexity rarely seen in a Pinot Noir with this light a body. There's a great balance of fruit, acidity and a power very apparent on the palate with a potpourri of cranberry, anise, sundried tomato and rhubarb.

The NY Times’ Eric Asimov described a previous vintage of this wine as the “Best American Riesling I’ve ever tasted.” An expressive and vibrant wine from the old vines and sloping limestone soils of the famous Argetsinger Vineyard on the southeastern edge of Seneca Lake.

A balance of savory and fresh red fruits intermingle with floral, earthy and charcoal notes. Medium bodied, with supple tannins, this red is the perfect food pairing wine. 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot from Seneca lake vineyards. Always a blend of Bordeaux varietals, this Maximilien is the largest percentage Cabernet Sauvignon in the history of the blend. Very age worthy but already drinking well upon release.
