Palate
This vintage is aromatic and full-bodied, with aromas of lychee fruit and flavors of white peach and citrus hints. This weighty mouth feel gives way to a long, relaxed finish.
Growing Conditions
The 2015 Finger Lakes growing season got off to a rough start with extremely low winter temperatures through March. We were met with seven inches of rain in June. Fortunately things turned around with July, August and September providing ideal conditions with abundant sun and heat.
Harvest
These excellent conditions toward the end of the growing season allowed our grapes to ripen to perfection.

Limited quantities, Library Wine. Club membership required for access.
Aging
This is a wine that will also reward cellaring.
