This bright, beautiful wine begins with aromas of grapefruit and boxwood immediately revealing itself as a Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderfully crisp from the vivacious acidity, it is balanced by light notes of melon. The citrus flavors bring a punch of vibrance which is followed by the juiciness of white peach on the palate. Our Sauvignon Blanc is typically produced in small quantities making it highly sought after and special. Which inevitably begs the question: do I need to stock up on this classic?? The answer, of course, is a resounding yes!
Lighter in color and body, this Pinot Noir begins with warm notes of tobacco and forest floor on the nose. It follows with flavors of cherry and oak on the palate, which complement the true earthiness of this varietal. It pairs perfectly with lean filets of beef or pork, fatty fishes such as salmon, and mushroom & sage risotto or pasta.
You immediately notice the bell pepper notes on the nose with this vintage, along with the hint of cedar and smoke. The palate brings in some cherry, smoke and tobacco, finishing with a hint of licorice. It has a nice medium body with the tannins to match. The 2022 vintage is the ultimate representation of Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc!
Our new Merlot 2021 is an employee favorite! With dark morello cherry and leather on the nose, it has a nice intensity before you even sip. On the palate you’ll get notes of smoke, red currant, blueberry and a hint of bittersweet chocolate. It finishes extremely smooth and soft, leaving you salivating for more.
This Gewürztraminer is beautifully balanced with traditional notes of tropical fruit, lychee, geranium and an anise spice. A longer contact with the skins lends the wine a richer color and more textural mouthfeel. The subtle acidity and fuller body make this Gewürztraminer well suited for a variety of food pairings.
Our wildly popular Dry Rosé is bright, vibrant, and fruit forward! There’s a bold acidity that balances out the sweeter, fruity notes of early summer strawberries and raspberry. It finishes beautifully with a rich flavor of peaches and cream. It's the perfect pairing with a charcuterie board or a light and fresh pasta salad. It would also hold up to a little bit of spice, like a sweet and spicy shrimp.
Unoaked Chardonnay is an absolute go-to for us in the summer season! It has hints of flinty minerality and pear on the nose followed by refreshingly light notes of honeydew and cantaloupe. This wine is perfectly well rounded, has a soft texture, and finishes with a slight hint of candied banana.
Aged in a variety of older and new barrels, this Chardonnay has a beautiful balance of body and oak with a fresh acidity on the finish. Fresh fruit notes come through on the nose with a slight hint of vanilla on the palate.
Comprised mostly of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, this bubbly rosé is gorgeously effervescent with subtle notes of strawberry, raspberry, and yellow peach accompanied by a crisp acidity. Dryer than our original Perle, this is the perfect bubbly to sip on while enjoying time with friends!
With hints of clove on the nose, our 2021 Zweigelt is a dry red dominated by red plums, leather, and violets. The subtle tartness of this grape truly balances the lively acidity.
Blaufränkisch, also known as Lemberger, is a beautiful varietal full of fruit and spice! The first scent is full of toasted black pepper and cedar, balanced beautifully on the palate with notes of sour cherry and cranberry. With soft tannins and a light body, it finished exceptionally smooth. The spice notes on this varietal make it a perfect pairing with a black pepper crusted steak.
This 2022 vintage is a true representation of top quality Finger Lakes Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose takes you back to your very first time trying this varietal with all of the sweet tobacco, oak and earthiness you'd expect. The juiciness bursts in your mouth, tasting notes of raspberry, strawberry and plum. Your palate will be full of delectable fruits and forrest floor. The finish is long and smooth with lovely tannins and a medium to full body.
This fantastic, juicy, sweet wine is made with the Diamond grape. Perfectly fruit-forward with a crisp, clean finish. Notes of green apple and cotton candy grapes with a slight acidity to balance the sweetness. Pour yourself a glass on a hot summer day and sip away!
