In 2006, Peter traveled to the Finger Lakes, hoping to find a place where the water tasted like wine. He fell in love with the vineyard at Anthony Road and never left. Peter apprenticed under Johannes Reinhardt and in 2014 he became the head winemaker at Anthony Road Wine Company. While honoring the region's history, Peter now leads the way in crafting exciting wines that represent the future of Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes as a whole.
