Musée is our ultimate expression of North Fork terroir. The wine is powerful, with a show-stopping core of ripe fruit and a complex array of flavors and textural nuances. The 2015 vintage was exceptional. Mark Squires of the Wine Advocate said “Lovely on many levels, this is a focused red with some complexity, some traces of lead and licorice. Tightly wound and very precise, this has many nods to Bordeaux. It is wonderfully graceful.”
Our Viognier grows on some of the oldest vines in North America. Fragrant and fruit forward, with a flinty minerality, the wine is fermented in steel from our sustainably grown grapes using indigenous yeasts. The 2021 vintage was unique and exceptional. Thomas Matthews of Wine Spectator said “This modest white is clean and fresh, with a touch of hard-candy sweetness to its tangerine and white peach flavors.”
Our Albariño 2021 is bottled from young vines planted at Bedell in 2011. It is a lean aromatic white, with delicious flavors of peaches, stone fruit, and almonds. The 2021 vintage was exceptional. Mark Squires of the Wine Advocate said “the peachy flavors are up front and delicious. It finishes with some tension, but the acidity seems relatively well integrated. I don't care how they got there; this pretty much works.”
Our Sauvignon Blanc is made by gently pressing whole clusters of sustainably farmed, estate grown fruit from our sites at Bedell and Corey Creek. It is then fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel to maximize its youthfulness and aromatic character. The 2021 vintage was exceptional. Mark Squires of the Wine Advocate said “Many on the East Coast make fruity Sauvignon with grass and green notes. What they sometimes lack, however, is some zing and zest - I love the way Bedell's Sauvignons accomplish that.”
An airy and aromatic white made famous in Rueda, Spain. This is our first vintage of this variety from a small 2 acre plot in our Corey Creek Vineyard. Bursting with green melon, grapefruit and a savory minerality.
Bright acidity with flavors of apple, pear, citrus and a saline minerality unique to the North Fork.
