The palate is medium to full with with vibrant fruit reminiscent of cantaloupe, grapefruit, apricot and peach.

Winemaking
Cool Fermented in stainless steel tanks over the course of 28 days, assembled and allowed to rest before being fined with bentonite, filtered and bottled in August.
Appearance
A medium straw colored wine.
Food Pairing
A wonderful paring with roasted chicken seasoned with cumin and toasted coriander seeds served alongside tabbouleh.
