The 2020 Pinot Noir was hand harvested from our Big Hollow Block vineyard in September 2020, then aged in French oak barrels for over a year. It exhibits ripe cherry and cedar on the nose with a velvety palate and long finish. This elegant, lighter red wine is perfect with salmon or chicken, charcuterie, and BBQ.
This classic European-style dry red was harvested from our Riemer Block vineyard in October 2020, then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Starting with subtle cassis and vanilla aromas, it evolves into rich red plum and currant notes and a vibrant black pepper finish. Medium-bodied with well-defined tannins, it pairs well with beef and mushroom dishes.
