Winemaking

Our Pinot noir blanc is made from 100% red Pinot noir grapes. As the color is only in the skins, the utmost care must be taken to gently press the handpicked grapes immediately after harvesting allowing the free run juice to be captured without skin contact. To avoid oxygen exposure and to keep the wine crisp and fresh, we carefully fermented and aged the wine in stainless steel tanks.
