Palate
High acidity and bright fruitiness make this an excellent food wine, and should age well the next 3-5 years,
which is unusual for rosé. This drinks a little more like a chilled red than a rose, with slightly more robust
tannin structure. Violets on the nose with grapefruit and wet stone. Cranberry, strawberry jello, and
Valencia orange with mouthwatering grapefruit pith finish.
