Palate
Fresh and crisp with flavors of black current, plum. A hint of peppery flavors with some smoky oak finish. Medium body dry red of Champlain. Smooth finish and very pleasant on the palate.
Winemaking
A blend of Marquette and Frontenac Red.
Aging
Aged for 18 months in oak barrel.
