Hints of chocolate, smokiness and soft tannins.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested at peak maturity.

Winemaking

The grapes are crushed and fermented on their skins to extract maximum aroma and flavor and then aged in American and French oak barrels for two years. Finally, the Baco Noir is blended with oak-aged Merlot to soften the wine and add complexity and depth.
