Rose Hill Vineyards is small and humble.
Our philosophy is that growing grapes for great wine is a blend of science, art, and folk wisdom. We believe that great wine begins in the vineyard and should reflect the region where its grapes are grown. We have always believed that great friends, great food, and great wine are essential to a great life. 
Set in a 125-year-old barn, our winery provides us with a sense of peacefulness that has been passed down by generations of farmers. It is filled with natural light and is constructed in a way that allows us to handle fruit utilizing the gift of gravity.
The cellar, where we age our wines, is set apart from the winery building in a quiet barn that was constructed from reclaimed, first-growth, ancient heartwood pine. The cellar roof supports solar panels that, along with a wind turbine, produces all of the energy used for the winery, cellar, vineyard, and farmhouse inn.

Red Blend

An off-dry, mineral wine with a floral bouquet and stone fruits and deep minerality on the palate.

This dry rosé evokes floral aromas with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon. Refreshing, crisp & vibrant, our Rosé pairs perfectly with every occasion and any season.

Our unoaked Chardonnay showcases bright mineral characters washed in exotic fruit and gentle mouthwatering acidity. Enjoy with good friends and good food.

White Blend

With a splash of fruit & a zing of acidity, our white varietals marry together into a beautiful blend we call Coalescence. Perfect for a seaside clambake or picnic lunch.

This red blend exemplifies a delicious everyday drinking wine that shows bright fruit and acidity with flavors and aromas of red cherries, licorice and spice making this red wine smooth, soft, and elegant.

Fermented and aged in a Marc Nomblot Concrete Egg, our ‘Concrete Blonde’ embodies the purity of Sauvignon Blanc. This rich, full-bodied style of Sauvignon Blanc has a floral nose and tropical palate. The wine is as unique as its style of production.

Fresh, crisp & the ‘First Fruit’ we harvest each year, our Sauvignon Blanc is best paired with the bounty of fresh fish and shellfish harvested locally on the North Fork.

Dry, light and perfectly crisp, our Rose Hill Rosé is best served chilled and with good company. This Provence-style rosé pairs perfectly with every season.

Bright, positive and purposeful, a glass of our unoaked Cabernet Franc is guaranteed to help you get your Mojo on! Fruit forward and medium-bodied with good concentration and freshness, this wine is a natural pairing with just about any meat you can think of (and it’s pretty great with veggies as well).

Brut

We’re excited to release our Sparkling Rosé – the newest wine added to our wine list. Toast with a glass of the 2020 vintage and for the vintages to come. 

Our unique reserve Merlot exhibits refined tannins with elegant flavors of blackberry and black plum, as well as distinct aromas of violet, chocolate, and earth. Our winemaker selects the best seven barrels of Merlot for this crown jewel of our cellar.

Our playful, Bordeaux blend harmonizes the best attributes of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot & Malbec into ‘Wild Boar Doe.’

Our elegant, fruit-forward signature Estate Merlot embodies the terroir of the North Fork of Long Island.
With aromas of sweet spices & toasted herbs to black cherry & chocolate, we recommend drinking our Merlot upon release though it will age well and continue to evolve for 5-7 years.
