The Reserve Blanc de Blancs is uniquely aged four months in new demi-muid French oak barrels prior to bottling. Showing an impressive backbone of acidity, this wine is dense and powerful, yet harmonious overall. With a fine and creamy mousse, it has a rich palate of baked apple, toasted brioche, and almond biscotti flavors. A lingering streak of minerality extends the already long finish.
