The base wine for this cuvée is aged four months in new demi-muid French oak barrels prior to bottling. Showing an impressive backbone of acidity, this wine is dense and powerful, yet harmonious overall. With a fine and creamy mousse, a rich palate of baked apple, toasted brioche, and almond biscotti is balanced by a flinty minerality.
