Palate

The mouthfeel is weighty with bright flavors of strawberry and raspberry culminating in a crisp finish.

Growing Conditions

The 2025 growing season began with a wet, cool May, but was ultimately defined by a hot, dry summer (rainfall from mid-June to mid-August was less than 50% of normal) with low disease pressure and high sugar accumulation.

Harvest

Harvest began early, yielding unusual red grape ripeness and high-quality white wines, making it a promising vintage overall.

Bottling

Bottled May 21, 2026, Stelvin closure

Winemaking

The juice was then fermented dry in stainless steel tanks.

Aging

The Cabernet Franc grapes for this Rose sat on the skins for a 12-hour cold-soak before being pressed off, giving it its pink hue.
