Growing Conditions

The 2020 growing season started out cool and dry which resulted in late bud break and flower bloom. The late Spring and Summer was warm and dry with cool nights- resulting in very ripe fruit with fresh acidity.

Harvest

Vines were free of disease pressure and the grapes were clean, ripe and fresh with the resulting wines showing power and balance.

Bottling

Winemaking

The fruit was machine harvested and pressed into stainless steel tank. The juice was settled in chilled tanks for three days before it was racked off the solids. The juice was fermented at a temperature of 15° C for about 1 month before being chilled down to arrest fermentation.
