Bramble, cranberry, raspberry and floral notes on the nose.


The palate is fresh and inviting with crisp acidity, intense fruit and lovely bubbles all held together with a hint of sweetness.

The sparkling red was harvest from multiple vintages. The 2018 and 2019 portion of the red varieties were hot pressed (not fermented on the skins) to extract the color and minimal tannic structure and co-fermented with the white varieties. The 2021 portion was fermented on the skins at cool to warm temperatures with an average of 8 days total maceration.
