Winemaker Jeff Murphy never stops exploring how to make our wines the best that they can be. Made from Estate-grown, hand-picked grapes. These grapes were immediately frozen and then later, thawed and fermented in stainless steel tanks - a process that can enhance and preserve natural flavors and aromas.
