Our 2019 Cabernet Franc is a full-bodied red with smooth tannins and a hint of black fruit. This Cabernet Franc is exceptionally good and will distinguish itself from other wines grown on the North Fork.

Growing Conditions

Extremely long growing season with very little rain and long sunny days.


Hand harvested in late November.


Natural yeast fermentation, oak barrel for 11 months.


Wine continues to improve in the bottle.

Food Pairing

An ideal food pairing with this Cabernet Franc would be any substantial meat dish.
