"Lively fruitiness with rich tropical notes of passionfruit, mango, and papaya on the nose. Tropical notes continue to flow on the pallet with rich passionfruit leading the way with hints of kumquat, a touch of lemon and a light hint of grassiness.
Made using the traditional méthode champenoise style, this lively sparkling wine comprised of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir has a delicate stream of bubbles, a golden color, and a fine mousse. Hints of fuji pear and brioche mingle on the nose, giving way to notes of honey crisp apples and graham crackers on the palate with a hint of creamy richness and a crisp, cleansing finish.
This classic expression of a cool climate Cabernet Franc has a vibrant magenta hue, with brambly red fruit notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of cola. Flavors continue onto the palate with hints of dried herbs—oregano and tarragon. Soft, lush tannins finish off this medium to full bodied expression of Cabernet Franc with fresh acidity making this is a very food friendly wine.
An enticing rich purple, this lesser known Northern Italian varietal (best known as the nephew of an old French variety that was the parent of Syrah) is a rarity on the North Fork. This unique red wine has bright fruit aromas that abound from the glass. The pallet has rich red fruit notes of pommegranet and a hint of vanilla of the finish. Teroldegos soft tannins and bright acidity make this an extremely food friendly wine.
Bursting with red fruit and cranberry along with hints of spice box, it's silky smooth tannins were enhanced from the oak aging, defining this wine with hints of vanilla.
