Palate

A fruit forward Chardonnay with just a touch of oak, lending to its silky texture and full mouthfeel. This Chardonnay is drinking beautifully now and will continue to age nicely over the next few years.

Growing Conditions

We escaped the late spring frosts that followed the unusually early (March) Bud-break of 2012, and the extended growing season ultimately produced some of the finest fruit on record for nearly all varieties.

Bottling

August 27, 2013. Cork seal.
Limited quantities, Library Wine. Club membership required for access.

Winemaking

Our 2012 Reserve Chardonnay is initially fermented in stainless steel, then barrel aged with French Oak for several months.
