Palate

Medium-bodied and flavorful on the palate, possessing a full bouquet of raspberries and blackberries with a spicy note of cinnamon.

Growing Conditions

Pinot Noir is the first grape to ripen and so has the shortest growing season. 2020 has been the warmest and driest growing season of this grape on our farm.

Bottling

May 5, 2022 Cork Limited quantities, Library Wine. Club membership required for access.

Aging

Aged 12 months in a combination of French oak and older American Oak barrels. Grace House is our delicately styled Pinot Noir.

Food Pairing

Pairs nicely with grilled vegetable & fish dishes, as well as savory pasta & poultry entrees. Don't be afraid to try it with something that's traditionally paired with a white wine!
